Total Build North West successfully completed a comprehensive conversion and rebuild project, transforming a double garage into a spacious and contemporary living space comprising one bedroom, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-diner. The project also included extensive landscaping and the addition of a balcony offering panoramic views of the surrounding farm land.

This project involved a remarkable transformation—a two-story rear extension and a comprehensive house refurbishment. The extension, meticulously constructed with high-quality brickwork and a traditional roof, beautifully expanded the living space. By seamlessly integrating the dining and living rooms, we created a spacious environment that culminated in a master bedroom with an ensuite.

Our meticulous approach ensured that every aspect of the Onyx House conversion was executed to perfection. We embarked on a comprehensive refurbishment, including brickwork rendering, structural works, and attention to detail that exceeded industry standards.

Our company embarked on a project involving the conversion of an existing barn into a modern and luxurious 3-bedroom bungalow, incorporating various features such as vaulted ceilings and a hot tub.
